How it’s made- The background is hand painted with acrylic paint, tumbled glass is put in down to fit the painted background. Glass is hand painted with glitter paint before being smothered in a high gloss finish. The high gloss finish makes this already colorful flower POP with shiny goodness!
I included a before gloss picture for kicks and giggles.
