To request a refund simply email jena@shellartnmore.com with the item you are returning and reason. After you receive a reply with return shipping instructions, ship return with tracking to the address provided to you. After the returned item is receive in good condition a refund will be issued minus shipping cost. If Erath’s Natural Art and Jewelry does not receive the returned item or it is damaged a refund will not be granted. Tracking is suggested for all returns. We must receive the returned item within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Most orders are shipped the same business day VIA USPS, priority mail. A tracking number will be provided.
